PURE LOVE - THE PERFECTION OF THE SOUL
Love in its pure sense can never be demanding or a passionate one. Love means to look upon the other in his perfection and to believe in the true value of the other and it elevates both the parties. It builds confidence and gives strength to each other and makes one happy.
Pure love is the joy and the realization of a high quality and from it springs the fountain of deep inner happiness.
The hidden truth here is when one recognizes his qualities, respects and loves his own self, then he is always in an elevated mood, a state where he is capable of conquering his faults and possess immense confidence.
Love if not pure can be selfish and becomes a bondage when we see it as a form longing for someone and when this is reciprocated, we demand more attention and care that we make the other our servant and try to humble them.
This love which is demanding makes both the parties dependent, possessive to derive something which gives temporary pleasure, and when that is not met there is pain in a relationship. To overcome the pain and grief we look for satisfaction from the other which is a never ending process. This way we slide hopelessly into dependence and bondage.
Hence, when love is pure and selfless is an overpowering feeling, a state of realization of our true positive nature and deep desire to grow higher with complete surrender and devotion.
Pure Love never creates bondage and has the power to bind the whole of humanity together.

A FEW QUOTES
•To love means to serve.
Love, Love and Love the whole world revolves around it and longs for the same. Only when we realize God’s presence in us and his mercy and grace for us do we know the meaning of Love truly. Only then we can share this pure love to others.
True Love is perfect but accepts imperfections, does not expect anything in return, is always self- sacrificing, cares with a true heart, is liberal and exercises free will, is not dominating, forgiving and always ready to yield and give anything - alas! Not asking for anything in return. True Love means to Serve and we as God’s servants should serve others so that we get the pleasure of serving the Almighty
If we try to maintain some material pride or prestige, our ego finds some satisfaction, which is mixed with fear, frustration and envy, and our heart finds no satisfaction. Ego is the aspect which separates an individual soul and is the main cause for the number of negative aspects like pride, fame, jealousy and hatred.
• We should find great love and satisfaction in seeing others advancement, even better than us even if it happens to be our enemies.
• Forgive and forget maintains the dignity and sanctity of love. A devotee who sincerely loves God/Guru reaches that level of spiritual thinking where he is willing to forgive and forget even his worst lots, still waiting to help and save them.
• Material familiarity breeds contempt. Spiritual familiarity breeds Consciousness.(Eternal Conscious). God conscious gives peace to the soul which cannot be attained by mere material aspects of the world.
• A wealthy man is judged by how much he can give himself to others. True wealthy man is he who does something for others by words and deeds. Not by what he accumulates but how much he cares for others and willing to give for charity.
• Arrogance repels the Lord; humility attracts the Lord. God loves a humble soul and is always ready to answer his queries, but he desists the Proud and mighty.
• Humility is the ornament which attracts Almighty’s heart. When humble one is like an ornament on the Lord’s neck, His love always abides in him leading in the path of virtues, even though one walks on the deserts or thorns, still His grace will lead him through safely.
• To be proud of one’s sinlessness in front of God is also sin. To pose as not being sinful and being portrayed as being holy in front of God is the biggest sin we commit on Earth.
• Inability to find faults in ourselves is a sign of pride and it is a wall between God and us. Pride and covertness is a wall which separates us from God.
• A person who finds faults in others is a person full of faults.
The best man is he who finds no faults with the other. Our heart is like a mirror, what we perceive we indulge to do the same in actions.
• A person criticizing others is an exhibition of their envy to God.
A soft soul will never criticize others no matter how worst the case may be. One who views the other as a soul will see the divinity in another soul and will give a helping hand to change rather than criticizing the other. This is the truth of a God realized soul.
• All the miseries of material existence follow for those who are attached to sensual life. All sensual pleasures leads us to miseries as it is said --- Desires are the cause of sorrow!
• Struggle is the name of the game as long as we are in this material world. Material prosperity will not give a soul Peace but the realization of the Power within us gives peace.
• It is not the light that is needed in this world but the warmth because we will die out of cold but not out of darkness.
It is said Light the lamp of your heart and see that God resides in You. Do not die a death where you will go into an unknown sphere. Trust God and love him with all your soul and heart and then realize him when living on the Earth to create a bond with him.
• Success in spiritual life lies not in being the best, but doing the best. Always try to do the best in life. Good deeds certainly are the fruits which can help us now and beyond and help us to cross the Ocean of Samsara, and brings us closer with the Eternal. Fruits like mercy, love, compassion, honesty, humility, forgiving and forbearance, selflessness and sacrificing are the fruits of a humble soul. They help one to lead the best spiritual life. Not alone preaching but follow the same.
• Mercy means “To get what we don’t deserve”. Its always that the word “Mercy”, has more meaning and is associated with Divine Grace.
• Real intelligence does not mean the ability to explain material phenomenon better but the ability to distinguish between truth and illusion and to cut a choice between them.
• Real independence is to declare our dependence on God.
• Advancement in God Consciousness depends on the attitude of the follower.
One can advance in God consciousness the more he trusts and depends on his Lord, not a trace of self or ego should be found and then he becomes one with the eternal. Surrender to his Guru leads one to attain this easily.
• Simply change of situation or service can give temporary satisfaction but not shelter.
Service gives immense pleasure, when done for the satisfaction of the Ego. If the service is done as a sacrifice and offering to the Lord with sincerity which brings eternal satisfaction and creates state of Bliss and satisfaction for the Soul.
Human birth being noblest of all creations has something more than material life.
we are here for selfless service, like charity, and other noble deeds quenches the thirst of the soul and erases the cycle of birth and death and ultimately unifying with the Divine aspect.

MEDITATION -WAY TO INFINITY
Meditation helps you to realize the goal of human birth. Every cell in the body has the capacity to hold infinity. We must tap the full potential that nature has bestowed on us, the potential to hold infinity in every cell of the body. We must practice meditation regularly. It only takes few minutes every day. Once imbibed into the daily routine, meditation is no more a burden or a chore.
Meditation is like a seed. The better a seed is cultivated, the more it flourishes. Similarly, the more we practice meditation, the better it cultures the entire nervous system and the body. Our physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with "prana". As the level of "prana" in the body rises, we bubble with joy.
The culturing of meditation into our system is normal. Some people call it the higher state of consciousness. It is the normal state of consciousness since we are endowed with the ability to live in that state. Meditation helps in two ways - it prevents stress from getting into the system and simultaneously helps release already accumulated stress.
Regular meditation also leads to happiness and fulfillment, to sensitization of the sensory organs (thereby intensifying the experiences of seeing, tasting, feeling, etc.); and to greater intuitiveness.
With the assimilation of meditation into daily life, the fifth state of consciousness, called cosmic consciousness, dawns. Cosmic consciousness is perceiving the whole cosmos as part of oneself. When we perceive the world as a part of us, love flows strongly between the world and us. (Love again is not an emotion but a state of being. It is not a melodrama expressed by endearments but our very existence.) This love empowers us to bear the opposing forces and the disturbances in our lives. Anger and disappointments become fleeting emotions that occur momentarily and then vanish.
Usually we tend to let go of pleasant emotions and cling to the unpleasant ones. When the consciousness becomes free and cultured with meditation, the tendency of holding onto negative emotions is the first thing to disappear. We start living in "the moment" and let go of "the past". This is important because no matter how good the people we interact with are, there are bound to be misunderstandings in any relationship. Once a little misunderstanding crops up, our emotions get distorted and a host of negativities follow. If we are able to let go and focus on the ability of consciousness to revel in the glory of every moment, we are shielded from all the above. The truth that every moment is supportive and complimentary to our growth dawns on us. Thus, attaining higher states of consciousness does not require any complicated strategy; one just needs to learn to let go.
A person in a higher state of consciousness possess the ability to know everything. "All knowing" simply means being conscious of the essence of all you know. In this state, both knowledge and ignorance co-exist and complement each other. For instance, while playing a game, it is not knowing the result beforehand that makes the game sincere and fun. If one knew the result even while playing, the players (and the game) would lose their intensity.
Similarly, if you know that a friend is going to let you down in ten years' time, it will affect your relationship with that person today. If everything in life progresses smoothly and as per plan, life won't be fun. After all, the fun of a story is in its suspense. Anyway, what is the big deal about this one life? Just 60-80 years? It is nothing. You have had many such comings into this world, inhabited many bodies, done many things. One life is negligible.
When you realize this, little things will cease to bother you. Every ups and downs in life makes this play of life more interesting. When you open yourself to the consciousness in any particular moment, you perceive the innumerable activities taking place in the universe. In that very moment , people are waking, sleeping, preparing for bed, driving, working, chicken are hatching, frogs croaking, virus and bacteria are infecting people - zillions of things are happening in that one moment in this infinite creation and yet the consciousness knows everything.
Deep inside, each person knows about everything in this world. This knowledge is present in every person. You are a part of this whole phenomenon. As your consciousness opens and the whole system gets physically, mentally and spiritually elevated, your life becomes worth living.
A higher state of consciousness will not drop on your head from heaven one fine morning. The sapling of consciousness is within you. It needs to be nurtured with simple techniques of meditation.
The confluence of knowledge, understanding and practice makes life complete. When you grow into higher states of consciousness, you find that you are no longer thrown off balance by different situations and disturbances. You become beautiful yet strong - a soft, delicate and beautiful blossom capable of accommodating different values in life without any conditions.
A WINDOW TO YOUR SOUL
We lead life through three states of consciousness - waking, dreaming and sleeping. In the waking state of consciousness, we experience the world through the five senses - sight, smell, touch, hearing or taste. We seek elevation and joy from these senses.
For instance, we only want to look at something that is a source of joy, not at something that is likely to sadden us. If any one of the senses is missing, the entire dimension of that sense is lost. One who can't hear is bereft of the whole arena of sound. Similarly, he who can't see is deprived of all the beautiful sights and colors. So the sense is more important and much bigger than the object of the sense.
The capacity of the senses to enjoy is meager and this imbalance in the system will remain. Greed is wanting more and more sensory objects - even though a person can eat only that much, yet he wants all the chocolates in the world; though the amount (of money) that can be spent by an individual during a lifetime is limited, he wants all the wealth in the world.
Giving too much importance to sensory objects leads to greed and lust. Giving too much importance to the mind and its desires leads to delusion. We hold on to the concepts of the mind and want things to happen in a certain way. Thus, the concepts in our mind impede us from perceiving the infinite consciousness that is a part of us.
It is not that the senses or the mind are inferior, but we must learn to discriminate between things and be aware of what is happening at all times. That is when clarity dawns on us. This is the first step towards the higher state of consciousness.
We lead life through three states of consciousness - waking, dreaming and sleeping. In the waking state of consciousness, we experience the world through the five senses - sight, smell, touch, hearing or taste. We seek elevation and joy from these senses.
The fourth (or the higher) state of consciousness is somewhere in between the waking, sleeping and dreaming states; wherein we know "we are" but we don't know "where" we are. This knowledge that I "am" but I don't know "where" I am or "what" I am is called "Shiva." This state gives the deepest possible rest that one can experience. The mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful.
In the waking state, one is constantly engaged in looking, smelling, eating and other activities. The other extreme is the sleeping state where one is completely cut off and dull. The dullness and heaviness linger even after waking up. The more one sleeps, the duller one feels since a lot of energy is expended in sleep. Hence, the fourth state, where we are awake and yet at complete rest, is worth knowing. We enter this state only during meditation.

THE CHAIN OF 6 STATES OF MIND
Meditation is a means of linking the Self to God. Its is a form of energy used in contacting to the divine. When established in meditation a man get absorbed in deep bliss and peace, yet yoga brings about a transformation in his every day activities, behavior, manners, attitude, etc., in his life.
The six states of mind are Smriti - Consciousness, State of mind - Sthiti, Attitude mode of mind - Vritti, Vision of the eye - Dristi, Action - Kriti, Impression - Sanskar.
The fact that one's actions(kriti), outlook(Dristi)and one's mood or the state of mind (sthiti) also depends upon what thought one's consciousness(Smriti)is occupied with.
If a man had come across an incident affecting someone and if he himself meets the same incident in his life then his consciousness becomes occupied with the past memories. Now this happens because of smriti, briefly called the 'consciousness'.
This 'consciousness' changes into sentiments, feelings, mode or state of mind of that man by which he becomes fearful or nervous. In turn this gives to the thoughts of caution, fear, aversion, etc.
The third kind of thought is called Vritti, the 'mode of mind', where it has become tainted, colored in a particular way. This brings about a change in the outlook(dristi) of the man to view things. All this takes place in split second so that the time-gap between one and the other is unnoticed. All these ends up in making a man to take a decision either to face the situation with courage, or to run with fear.
This action does not stop here but it leaves an impact, impression or sanskara on the mind of the man. This sanskara unless transformed again becomes a springboard for action, if such situations occur in future, or else it remains dormant.
We should notice here that even when unmanifest the sanskars determine the personality of the person.
The sequence of different aspects of mind or spiral-like movement of thought from smriti into kriti(action) leads to the conclusion that, to transform action or behavior, the consciousness or smriti has to be changed.
The process of meditation or yoga brings different changes in one's behavior, outlook and thoughts and habits by effecting one's consciousness thus enabling him to become a happy an holy man.

YOGA - THE SUBLIMATION OF MIND
The word 'Yoga' has been derived from the Sanskrit word considered etymologically, means: 'To connect', 'to establish a link'. Originally used to denote the mental or spiritual link with God.The impact of yoga is great that it brings purity and peace not only to the practitioner but changes the atmosphere when it is adhered in mass scale effecting the collective conscious by the positive vibrations.Yoga is based on deep love for God.
Yoga as demonstrated by Patanjali is one where there is Abstention from evil, Various observations(Niyamas), Physical Postures, Breath Control, Withdrawal, Concentration, Contemplation and Absorption or the state of Samadhi which ultimately leads the soul to Absolution.
Yoga creates a harmonious link between God, with other souls and nature. We come to know about the knowledge of the Past, the Present, and the future of the World, and of the Creator and Creation and also how one should inculcate the divine qualities in the self.
If man aspires for peace and eternal bliss, independent of sense-objects, to know the mysteries of life and beyond, then yoga is the call to world order to attain complete purity, peace and prosperity.
The highest type of consciousness which a yogi attains is the superconsciousness and one's mind is attuned to the Supreme soul who is Incorporeal. This is what is known in one word as Yoga. A Yogi is conscious of himself as a soul and of God as the Supreme soul, he just withdraws his body in order to establish link with god.
It takes some time during the yoga-practice, to converge the thoughts on God, but soon with dedication, deep love one can attain the same through proper meditation and perfect stabilisation the stage of self-realisation is achieved. This stage is exclusive; which has to be experienced it stands higher than the sum total of experiences of happiness in the full cycle of lives. Here, one should know that, meditation is the only means by which the soul can at once contact the Supreme Soul.
Yoga is the way for extra-sensory perception of God-realisation which through linking of our mind to god brings bliss and peace.
There is tremendous change in the character of the person, he does his duties without attachment and ego, loves to be in the service of mankind and acts according to the acts of God.
An yogi is free from delusion and illusion. He is truly enlightened. His source of knowledge is God and so he knows the universe an ultimate Truth and also knows the regions beyond space. His actions are righteous and he is filled with the eternal joy. He finds the true beauty in God, who is Light personified, who knows no disease, no sorrow, no aging, no injury, no fatigue, in fact one who blesses divine beauty, the spirit, the form and the actions. This beauty is exclusive, pure, natural, noble and innocent. Love with God enhances the beauty of the spirit. Hence, teaches one to realize the God or Supreme Self within ad can remain connected to that consciousness always.
Hence, snatch a few moments, every now and then, and meditate you will feel happy, alert, energized and active. The more one practices the happier and holier one will be.
It brings about the Golden Age in the world, for it uplifts the character ad spreads vibrations of peace.

ANANDA - DIVINE BLISS
Bliss is a supersensuous feeling. It is an experience which one enjoys when one is stabilized in the original nature of the self and has linked oneself with God,the Eternal principle of Truth.
Everyone of us want to attain peace, a state where there is no turn back and want to taste the nectar of Absolute Love.
Bliss (ANANDA) means perpetual happiness. Ananda is Absolute Happiness, the complete cessation of all pain and suffering. MOKSHA (Liberation) another name is for ANANDA, because Moksha means the complete freedom from Ignorance, which is the source of all pain and suffering.
We keep looking for happiness in a number of places, but never find it in the ultimate journey of life.To find absolute happiness or peace, we have to turn to the Vedas. The Vedas constitute the intuitive Wisdom of Consciousness. This wisdom reveals the Path of Truth which leads to permanent happiness (ANANDA).
The common expression "Divine Bliss" contains two sacred words. Divine and Bliss
Divine means : Made by God, God like with attributes of God, Pure in the highest absolute meaning of possible purity. It means we are blessed in all ways.
* God is supporting you in your work, action, contributions to mankind.
* God will coordinate all your efforts towards your goal, willing to support your efforts.
God will arrange for all the necessary help, inspire those willing to accept God's inspiration for creating and changing for the better towards the highest goal, all for the benefit of his own creation. A Practical approach to explain divine bliss - is a more practical definition and explanation of the true innermost meaning and the effect of Divine Bliss or blessed by God may be a comparison with a swimmer who swims along the direction of the breeze.
It is like a strong wind which pushes from behind and supports our efforts in reaching the goal. If we come across high waves, strong winds blowing either sideways or from the front which may act against our efforts and will destabilize and makes our swimming difficult.
God's grace is seen as a blessing at the time of need, a support when required to achieve most in the right aspect. It is an unseen hand of protection, a call to the cry of the soul.
God's or Divine bliss makes one receive the most loving lessons of life for a successful and pleasant completion of one's work for the Almighty, the most loving path to home for God - an eternal home - for the most successful job one does for the service of mankind and all his creation on this mother Earth.
Moksha (Liberation) is consciousness or Mahachetana is also called as SATCHIDANANDA. This is GOD - the ever-existing, immortal, ever-conscious, ever-blissful supreme Being (Supreme Self). The Vedas emanate from Supreme Consciousness. We realize the meaning of the Vedas when we are close to the supreme Self. The closest thing to the supreme Self is our own ATMAN, our own consciousness. Hence, establishing oneself in the knowledge of Self and the Divine we can attain Satchidananda. The 'divine' is that which is beyond both mind and matter, and that is the Self and Supreme Self.
It is here when we drop the assumption that we are the body alone and raise above our ego, thus established in our own soul (Atman), we will be able to realize the supreme self in ourselves and others too equally, only then we will be able to make contact with others at the soul-conscious level which will lead us to attain ANANDA (True Happiness).
We all know that Happiness is a state of mind too but it is periodic in nature, but the happiness which is derived from the the path of truth is Perpetual one. When our mind is established in the TRUTH (the essence of Bliss - which is got from knowledge of the self) we arrive at peace.
As long as our mind is plagued with unhappiness, annoyance, anger, boredom, greed, malice and restlessness all because we are egoistic and want to satisfy ourselves by all the worldly things which may come across and look for the same from the people around in this world either in the form of praise, fame, power,or passion etc., and think the unreal to be the real and long for the same we will always be in a dilemma and will never attain peace.
Hence, we have to practice and keep affirming that our nature is divine, we are souls only then we attain glimpses into the nature of reality and experience the nectar called Truth.
Once we have realized the Truth and know who we are then truth is nothing but God, we realize our eternal nature.
Hence it is always said God is love, the eternal Truth, and the immortal Self and as human beings our cause of birth is to realize the divinity in Man which is the goal of human birth.
